Booking of the Hall

If you would like to book the hall for events, meetings, birthday's, wedding's, memorial's, baby shower's, or a family dinner or whatever you you need it for. Look at the calendar below to make sure it doesn't conflict with your event. If your date is free, then fill out the form below to reserve your date, we will send you a conformation.

We do not charge for the usage of the hall, for your event. But we do ask for a donation to cover the hall usage. 

You will receive a check out list to make sure that everything is put back as how you received it. Make sure everything is cleaned, trash taken out, AC or Heat is turned off, all of the window blinds/curtains closed, all the floors cleaned/mopped, bathrooms cleaned and restocked, tables/chairs put back as to how they have it .
